3rd CAMP - Choral Arts Management Programme
organized by Polyfollia and ECA-EC
You are already - or would like to be - working in the field of vocal music, as an event organizer?
Spend six days with us to:
- discover new tools, share and compare your experience to improve with experts in the organization of big events,
- attend an international Showcase Day as a VIP and meet the key-persons of the international choral network,
- experience from the inside a unique event on the choral planet: Polyfollia World Showcase and Marketplace for choral Singing, alongside its actors for a practical training course in the field.
A unique one-week training to understand how we make our project become a dream come true.
For more details, read the draft programme.
No university or arts management programme offers a specific course about organizing international choral events. Both European Choral Association-Europa Cantat and Polyfollia have extensive experience in organizing international choral events, each of them in a different way. That is the reason why they decided to associate their skills and knowledge and to build an innovative training programme for young managers of the choral field. |
The European Choral Association – Europa Cantat (ECA-EC) is the premier European choir organisation, dedicated to education and cultural exchanges among singers of all ages. Read more. |
Polyfollia is the biennial reference meeting point and marketplace for the best emerging professional or amateur ensembles and for music promoters and concert organizers involved in this field. Read more.

Testimonies from participants of 2012:
"A very full, fun and informative week that is especially suited for people who work in choral event organisation or in choral administration. It's an experience that I'll remember for a long time to come!"
Marianne De Kleer, Marketing and Communications Coordinator.
"The CAMP workshops were great and intense, and I am so grateful for having met with young professionals in music business who now extend my personal network. It still works fruitfully, far beyond the time at Polyfollia. I recommend to every aspiring festival or concert organiser to apply for the CAMP because it is a concentrated experience you will live off for a lifetime. Just do it!"
Friederike Frieler, project manager.
